Role Requirements

  • Active registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board Ireland (NMBI)

  • Minimum of 6 months post-registration experience. Experience in high-acuity environments and familiarity with Irish or UK healthcare systems (HSE/NHS or private).

  • Must have the Right to Work in Ireland - Unfortunately we cannot offer or provide support with visa sponsorships.

  • What I love most about working as a nurse with Direct Medics is the flexibility and support they offer. Being able to choose shifts that fit around my personal life has helped me maintain a healthy work-life balance. They genuinely care for their healthcare workers and ensure that patients receive quality care.

  • I have found my experience with DM a very positive one. My named consultants are always prompt in any communication with me and in regards to my training requirements, I am always reminded and kept up to date with all my training needs. Would and have definitely recommended to others DM to others.
