Our unlimited referral bonus scheme will pay you £/€1 per hour for every doctor you refer to us for the duration of their first locum placement with Direct Medics up to a maximum of six calendar months.

On average this can work out as a bonus of £1200*

You can refer an unlimited number of colleagues so there is enormous potential to maximise your earnings regardless of whether you are currently working with us. In order to refer a colleague please contact us at referrals@directmedics.com and include the name and contact details of the person you are referring.

Scheme Terms & Conditions:

1. The referral scheme is open to all candidates registered with Direct Medics Ltd.;
2. Referrals are accepted from the referring Doctor only, upon confirmation that the candidate referred has not previously been registered with Direct Medics Ltd;
3. Referrals under the colleague referral scheme are accepted via email only, at referrals@directmedics.com;
4. Doctors may refer an unlimited number of colleagues to avail of the scheme;
5. Referral bonuses are paid to the referring doctor at a rate of £1.00/€1.00 per hour, for the duration of the first UK or Ireland booking or for six calendar months, whichever is shorter. Bonuses are paid every 4-6 weeks on timesheets processed. £1200 referral is based upon a working week of 48 hours;
6. In the event that a doctor is referred for shift work only, a bonus of £100 will be paid to the referring doctor upon completion of 100 hours of shift work, and £100 paid to the referred doctor on the provision that the referred doctor’s first timesheet is processed by 31st December 2024;
7. In the event that a candidate is referred by two individuals, a referral bonus will be paid to the first referral made;
8. Direct Medics reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time.
9. Referrals are valid for payment for a period of one year from the date of referral.
