In order to refer a colleague please contact us at referrals@directmedics.com and include the name and contact details of the person you are referring.

1. The referral scheme is open to all candidates registered with Direct Medics Ltd.;
2. Referrals are accepted from the referring Nurse/Healthcare Assistant only, upon confirmation that the candidate referred has not previously been registered with Direct Medics Ltd.;
3. Referral bonuses are paid on timesheets processed; for candidates based in the UK a £100 bonus will be paid to the referring candidate upon receipt of 100 hours worked. For candidates based in the Republic of Ireland a €100 will be paid to the referring candidate upon receipt of 100 hours worked;
4. Referrals are valid for a period of six months from the referred Nurse/Healthcare Assistant’s first shift. In the event that 100 hours has not been worked within six months of the referred Nurse/Healthcare Assistant’s first shift, the referral will expire and no bonus will be payable;
5. Candidates may refer an unlimited number of colleagues to avail of the scheme;
6. In the event that a candidate is referred by two individuals, a referral bonus will be paid to the first referral made;
7. Express permission to share contact information must be sought by you from the individual being referred before any details are submitted to Direct Medics;
8. Direct Medics reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time.
