Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration with NMBI.
• Must have eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA passport or appropriate work visa).
• Minimum 6 months post-registration experience
• Experience in high-acuity environments
• Familiarity with Irish or UK healthcare systems (HSE/NHS or private).
• Up To Date Mandatory Training (Can be provided by Direct Medics)
• Triage training and certification (preferred but not mandatory).

• Clinical decision-making and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management and the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of clinical governance, HSE guidelines, and infection prevention
• Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability
• Competence in electronic patient records (EPR) systems (if applicable)
