Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration with NMBI.
- Must have eligibility to work in Ireland (EU/EEA passport or appropriate work visa).
- Minimum 6 months post-registration experience
- Experience in high-acuity environments
- Familiarity with Irish or UK healthcare systems (HSE/NHS or private).
- Up To Date Mandatory Training (Can be provided by Direct Medics)
- Triage training and certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Clinical decision-making and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of clinical governance, HSE guidelines, and infection prevention
- Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability
- Competence in electronic patient records (EPR) systems (if applicable)
