Refer a Consultant Doctor for the Clinical Neurophysiology role, and you’ll receive £/€1 per hour they work - for the duration of their first UK or Ireland placement up to six calendar months*.

💡 £1,000 bonus if the advertised post is accepted as a permanent position with the Hospital

1.The referral scheme is open to all candidates registered with Direct Medics Ltd.;
2. Referrals are accepted from the referring Doctor only, upon confirmation that the candidate referred has not previously been registered with Direct Medics Ltd;
3. Referrals under the colleague referral scheme are accepted via email only, at nicola.graham@directmedics.com. You must ensure you have direct permission from the candidate you are referring to share their contact details with us before doing so;
4. Doctors may refer an unlimited number of colleagues to avail of the scheme;
5. Referral bonuses are paid to the referring doctor at a rate of £1.00/€1.00 per hour, for the duration of the first UK or Ireland booking or for six calendar months, whichever is shorter. Bonuses are paid every 4-6 weeks on timesheets processed. £1200 referral is based upon a working week of 48 hours. If the referred candidate accepts a Permanent post directly with the Hospital a referral fee of 1000 will be paid once any rebate periods have elapsed.
6. In the event that a candidate is referred by two individuals, a referral bonus will be paid to the first referral made;
7. Direct Medics reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time.
8. Referrals under this scheme will remain valid until Direct Medics Ltd. ceases recruitment for the relevant post.
