Job Description:

Direct Medics are working in partnership with our client based in Dublin to find an experienced and dedicated Medical Social Worker to work within an Older Persons Integrated Care Programme.

Locum contract for 3 months initially, 35 hours per week, based in Clondalkin, Dublin.

*(Please note we cannot accept candidates who require Visa Sponsorship)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work

  • CORU Registration as a Social Worker

  • Full Irish driving licence and access to own transport

  • Knowledge and experience of Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act

  • Knowledge and experience of Nursing Home Support Scheme (Fair Deal)

  • Right to live and work in Ireland
