Job Title: SACT Trained Registered Nurse – Clinical Trials Service
Direct Medics is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Dublin hospital for an experienced Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) Trained Registered Nurse to join a specialist Cancer Clinical Trials Service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an oncology nurse seeking a stable weekday position within a highly regarded clinical environment supporting cancer research and patient care.
We are unable to provide Visa Sponsorship or immigration support for this position. Applicants must have full legal entitlement to work in Ireland and hold current NMBI registration.

Key Responsibilities
Administer Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) in accordance with best practice and hospital protocols.
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments and monitoring vital signs.
Assess patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
Support patients participating in cancer clinical trials throughout their treatment journey.
Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals and families to ensure patient wellbeing.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical trial documentation.
Ensure compliance with all safety, governance and regulatory standards.
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Essential Requirements
Current Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) registration.
Recognised SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy) training and competency.
Previous Oncology Nursing experience.
Minimum 6 months recent clinical experience.
Experience administering chemotherapy and related cancer treatments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Up-to-date mandatory training.
Full legal right to work in Ireland.
Access to own transport is advantageous but not essential.
Position Details
Permanent Position.
Monday to Thursday.
Hours: 07:30 – 18:00.
Immediate start available.
Based in Dublin.
