Job Description:
Direct Medics are working in partnership with a client in Dublin 7 to find an experienced and dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to work with the Irish Prison Services. The position will be based in Dublin serving the needs of the below prisons with a physical presence in prisons as required. Split post covering: Cloverhill Prison & Mountjoy Prison.
This vacancy will be required for a temporary duration (6 months) & on a full time basis.
Requirements:
CORU Registered Occupational Therapist
have 5 years full time (or an aggregate of 5 years full time) post qualification clinical experience in mental health;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a current full driving licence (Category B) and/or have access to a car / mode of transport for efficient commute between prisons/units.
Right to live and work in Ireland
