Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioners - General Interest
We’re seeking compassionate, skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our team. You’ll deliver autonomous, patient-centred care, assess and manage a range of conditions, prescribe medications, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Undertake comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examination, and clinical diagnosis
Develop and implement treatment and management plans for a range of acute and chronic conditions
Prescribe and review medications in line with scope of practice and regulatory requirements
Exercise autonomous clinical judgement in decision-making and patient management
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, patient-centred care
Provide health education and promote wellbeing to patients and their families
Maintain accurate and legally compliant clinical documentation
Contribute to clinical leadership, service improvement, and evidence-based practice
Ensure adherence to clinical governance, professional standards, and patient safety requirements
Requirements:
Valid Nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) for the UK.
Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Independent Prescriber (ESSENTIAL)
Experience in Urgent Care / Primary Care settings
