The Role:
Every great recruiter starts by learning how to find the best talent.
As a Resourcer, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging healthcare professionals who are in demand across the UK and Ireland.
This is where you build the skills that make great recruiters — communication, persuasion, market awareness and relationship building.
For ambitious people with the right attitude, this role is the perfect entry point into a long-term career in recruitment.
Essential Requirements
1-2 years experience in recruitment background
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organisational and time management skills
Resilience and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Customer experience orientation
Attention to detail
Relationship building skills
Problem Solving Capability
Data protection (GDPR) awareness
Ability to source candidates across multiple platforms
Ability to prioritise urgent requests
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to build long term candidate pipelines
Ability to maintain accurate system records
Desirable Requirements
Degree level education or equivalent experience
Experience in healthcare recruitment
Experience using ATS/CRM System
