Essential Criteria:

• 2-3 years consultant experience with sales

• Build effective working relationships with NHS/HSC/HSE/private clients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Data protection (GDPR) awareness

• Experience using ATS/CRM System

• Organisational and time management skills

• Commercial awareness

• Resilience and ability to work under pressure

• Attention to detail

• Relationship building skills

Desirable Criteria:

• Degree level education or equivalent experience

• 2-3 years Recruitment experience

• Experience working in a healthcare recruitment role

• Knowledge of healthcare frameworks
