Job Description:

As such, Direct Medics are working in partnership with an NHS Trust to find an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner who will be based in Preston, providing a comprehensive specialist Community Mental Health service.

Locum roles with Direct Medics are a great way of enhancing your earning potential as well as working with some of the most professional and successful Mental Health teams in the country. This is an exciting opportunity to screen incoming referrals from Primary care and undertakes initial assessments as well as providing ongoing support to Adults with Severe and enduring and complex mental health issues.  This role is ideally requires full time hours, Monday-Friday and for a 3 month duration initially.

Requirements:

• Recognised Core Mental Health Professional Qualification - professional Registration such as NMC, SW England
• Post qualification experience within mental health services. With some of these to have been within acute mental health services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK Drivers License and Access to own car
• Right to live and work in the UK/Ireland
